Your intake is reviewed
Your Nurse Practitioner reviews your information and determines whether asynchronous care is appropriate, a video evaluation is recommended, or additional information is needed.

Review your recommendations
You'll receive individualized recommendations and can communicate how you'd like to proceed. If a video evaluation is preferred or recommended, you'll receive a link by email to schedule it.

Begin treatment & follow-up
After any required clinical items are completed and treatment is deemed appropriate, your care plan can begin with ongoing monitoring and follow-up as needed.

Simple, transparent pricing
Clinical services are cash-pay. Medication and laboratory costs are separate from Valēre Wellness Group's clinical service fees.
Initial Asynchronous Evaluation
$129
Comprehensive medical evaluation and personalized treatment recommendations.
Video Consultation
$179 total
Begin with the Initial Asynchronous Evaluation. If a video visit is preferred or recommended after review, you'll receive a link to schedule it. Your $129 initial evaluation payment is applied toward the $179 total, so only the $50 difference is due.
Active Treatment Membership
$59 / month
Ongoing monitoring and support for patients receiving active treatment.
Asynchronous Follow-Up
$79
Episodic reassessment or follow-up for established patients when asynchronous care is clinically appropriate.
Video Follow-Up
$79 member / $129 non-member
Live video follow-up when requested or clinically indicated. Video follow-ups are billed separately from the monthly membership fee.
Prescriptions, laboratory testing and treatment options depend on clinical appropriateness. Insurance coverage for prescriptions and laboratory services varies by plan; patients are responsible for costs not covered by their plan.
